I believe that moving our bodies can make our lives better. I want to collaborate with you to find ways to move more & get stronger.

 

I'm not about weight-loss gimmicks or overnight transformations. I want to to work with you to make long-term shifts to how you move your body, based on the goals that matter to you. 

 

Exercise has helped me expand my sense of what my body is capable of, manage chronic pain, process emotions, feel more powerful, and understand how my body works. Unfortunately, for a lot of us, fitness spaces don't offer those possibilities. Sometimes they're all about unhealthy weight loss schemes and fatphobia. Sometimes they're one-size-fits-all and don't meet you where you and your body are at. Sometimes they're just 100% bros. 

 

I believe your body is amazing just the way it is, and that we can work together to increase strength, endurance, power, mobility, and confidence.

As a transgender person, and someone who's committed to liberation for all of us, I want to create a space in our work together that resists oppression instead of recreating it. 

 

I’d love to work with you to:

  • fit exercise into your life, even though you’re busy

  • improve the quality of your movement so you can move more easily, powerfully, and in ways that are better for your body

  • sweat out some anger, grief, or powerlessness

  • meet a personal goal: go up stairs more easily, run a 5k, go backpacking, get stronger core muscles, climb a flagpole to take down a racist flag
